Addition and Full Remodel
N 6th St, Polk City
This project was a full home transformation with a huge addition that attached the home to the garage. The project included design, demo, and everything from the foundation to the finishes. We remodeled the upstairs, added a master bathroom, and built a new great room that connects the garage and expands the kitchen. We updated the utilities, replaced the sewer line, and added insulation. The garage was renovated with a new floor drain. Smart home upgrades included a full security system, Wi-Fi access points, and theater surround sound. Every space was touched. It feels like a brand new home.
Investor Duplex Remodel
63rd St, Des Moines
This project was a full-scale transformation of a duplex for a new investor. The scope included major structural, interior, and exterior upgrades. We removed a load-bearing wall and installed an engineered beam to open up the main living space, completely remodeled the interior, and added insulation throughout. We also built a massive retaining wall to support the sloped driveway, updated electrical, and made several other critical improvements to bring the property up to code and enhance its long-term value. This was a big job with a lot of moving parts, and we’re proud of the results.
Entire Home Renovation
Columbia St, Des Moines
We took on a project to revitalize and restore a property located in Des Moines. Our team’s goal was to honor the original charm of the house. We spent time refinishing existing floors and preserving the built ins and windows. The bathrooms and the kitchen were completely gutted and then remodeled. Modern appliances were installed, and cupboards and countertops were replaced. Every wall got a fresh coat of paint. The exterior of the home was painted, we did fresh landscaping, and a new privacy fence was added. We worked hard to bring this property back to it’s former glory. See the final results.
